Excellent Central Location
superb location easy access different parts
The location is superb. I found many restaurants and shops nearby. Public transportation access is very easy to use. I could quickly reach different parts of the city.

The coffee machine provided multiple choices. I saw that the dining area included approximately fifty tables. The restaurant staff ensured prompt refills.

underwhelming stay, needs improvements
poor cleanliness limited breakfast
I found the room cleanliness questionable. dust and hair were in corners. the shower barely drained. also, the breakfast lacked variety. I missed cut fruits and more cheese options. the juice tasted like it came from a machine.

wonderful location friendly staff
The hotel has a wonderful location, near a metro station!!! the staff is friendly and helpful. the rooms were clean. Everything was very neat.

many options central location helpful staff free wifi
Breakfast included many options. The location was super central. I found helpful staff. The room included a safe for valuables, I used it. The free wifi worked without a problem. The air conditioning kept the room comfortable. The room had enough space. The bed felt great.

Breakfast provided a decent selection of pastries, cereals, and hot items. The coffee machine worked well. The breakfast area offered enough seating, however it got busy after 9:00 am. The dining staff were helpful .

Check-in was quick, the receptionist spoke english fluently and gave me directions to nearby attractions. Housekeeping came daily. They changed towels and made the bed. The front desk offered luggage storage after checkout.

My room had blackout curtains. It helped me sleep well. The bathroom included a hairdryer. The shower had good water pressure. The provided toiletries included shampoo and soap. More were available upon request.
